Kairos Nashville was Brentwood Baptist’s weekly service geared toward young adults, reaching an average attendance of 1,000 people on Tuesday nights. I led the production team across audio, ProPresenter, lighting, and video by recruiting, training, scheduling, and mentoring the all-volunteer team. We used Jands Vista for lighting, ProPresenter and Ross video switchers for graphics and lyrics displays, and Avid audio consoles for both FOH and broadcast audio.

In addition, I worked on several set changes to refresh the room roughly annually. The room was extremely flexible and had to host church events on Sundays and Wednesdays, as well as outside events such as conferences, meetings, and wedding receptions throughout the week. Because of this, systems and setups had to be infinitely flexible and appropriate regardless of the event being hosted.
